I started as a Realtor over 20 years ago in new home sales.I loved learning floor plan design, construction and land preparation.

Today I still help buyer’s find new homes & communities that fit their life style & budgets. I help negotiate the best deals for the buyers with my experience dealing with builders.

After the great recession I stayed in the industry and started doing general Real Estate. I also love to design and decorate, so I went to school and became an accredited professional stager. This was another service I could offer my sellers. I enjoy my profession very much whether helping retiree’s downsize to a condo or villa, investors finding a good bargain or buyer’s looking for a larger elegant home.

The pleasure I receive when sellers and buyers are happy makes my job worth while.I am so thankful for all the referrals I receive from past clients as word of mouth is the best advertisement.
